Business intelligence report
Snapshot date 6 November 2026 · WOKnROLL Limassol, with explicitly labelled brand-level evidence
What matters first, in order. These are recommendations from the report — nothing has been carried out.
A customer-facing menu label does not match its photo — a direct trust issue.
Google, Tripadvisor, Wolt, Booked Cyprus and Eat App show different schedules. Some channel differences may be intentional; confirm the approved schedule for each.
Make the offer easier to find and track dated reviews by platform.
WOKnROLL has a substantial public commercial offering: a recognisable healthy-Asian identity, direct sales and booking routes, multiple food occasions, catering, documented recognition and community activity. The strongest opportunity is to make those assets easier to discover, internally consistent and measurable. A numerical claim that WOKnROLL is the best restaurant in Limassol would not be supported by this evidence.
First align customer-facing hours, contact information and menu portion labels. Next improve the website’s source-level accessibility and search information. Then establish reliable, dated review and channel reporting. These recommendations address observed inconsistencies before increasing promotional spend.
Compete around dependable everyday Asian meals and a richer dine-in experience, with clear journeys for lunch, family orders, dinner and corporate events. This is an analytical recommendation, not a measured consumer-positioning result. The competitor evidence below does not support declaring any feature unique to WOKnROLL.
All 44 checklist points are addressed. Complete checklist coverage is different from complete verification. Public research cannot establish confidential sales, profitability, customer retention, campaign return, present food-safety compliance or every live platform metric. Each unresolved item below names the evidence needed; missing evidence is never converted into a negative business finding.
Direct ordering, reservations, catering and nutrition-related communication give WOKnROLL several customer routes to develop. Their conversion and profitability need measurement.
Documented ESTIA awards and a beneficiary-confirmed charity activity support specific, dated brand stories.
Develop distinct lunch, family takeaway, social dinner and catering journeys; measure accepted orders and qualified enquiries.
Use consistent customer cohorts and channel contribution before expanding discounts or campaigns. The report contains no verified retention or profitability figures.
Reconcile portion labels, contact information and channel schedules. These are concrete information issues or discrepancies to resolve.
Financial contribution, current review coverage, staffing competence and QA performance require internal records. Missing evidence is not poor performance.
Click any bar segment to see those findings in the 44-point analysis.
No business figures are available in this public report. Each measure needs a baseline from internal records first.
Net + VAT = Gross. Show each component and reconcile refunds and discounts consistently.
POS and finance records; no figures available in this report.
Net sales less relevant food, packaging, platform/payment charges, delivery cost and attributable promotion cost.
Finance-approved definitions; avoid counting a discount or refund twice.
Orders without a recorded missing/wrong item divided by completed orders.
Order and complaint records joined by order ID; acknowledge unreported errors.
Median and 90th-percentile accepted-to-delivered time, plus delivered-by-promised-time rate.
Separate preparation, handoff and courier time; platform estimates are not observations.
Customers repeating within a specified window divided by the eligible first-order cohort.
Use a consistent customer identifier and observation window.
Eligible reviews with a reply divided by eligible reviews; separately track time to reply.
State platform, period, sample count and exclusions.
Confirmed bookings divided by qualified quotes, with enquiry-to-quote conversion alongside it.
Use comparable enquiries; distinguish revenue, margin and lead volume.
Bookings, attendance, no-shows, net spend, event contribution and later repeat visits.
Compare against an appropriate non-event baseline; avoid attributing all trade to the event.
Completed accepted orders or confirmed bookings divided by eligible sessions.
Validate tracking across the website, order portal and reservation provider.
In your workspace, every finding carries its source and date, stays unreviewed until an independent reviewer approves it, and unknowns stay unknown.

All 44 hospitality checklist points with evidence and action priorities
Prepared for Marinos Tsiorvas | 6 November 2026 | Limassol, Cyprus
This report evaluates WOKnROLL’s public business presence, customer offer, reputation, competitive context and immediate improvement priorities. It combines public-source research with a limited inspection of the website’s public source code. The assessment is for management use and can inform the Competitors Radar methodology.
Overall assessment.
Immediate priorities. First align customer-facing hours, contact information and menu portion labels. Next improve the website’s source-level accessibility and search information. Then establish reliable, dated review and channel reporting. These recommendations address observed inconsistencies before increasing promotional spend.
Commercial direction.
Evidence boundary. All 44 checklist points are addressed. Complete checklist coverage is different from complete verification. Public research cannot establish confidential sales, profitability, customer retention, campaign return, present food-safety compliance or every live platform metric. Each unresolved item below names the evidence needed; missing evidence is never converted into a negative business finding.
Observed means that the specified feature, record or statement was directly seen; it does not certify all of its outcomes. Partial means that evidence is incomplete, historical, indirect or conflicting. Unverified means that there is insufficient usable evidence for the requested conclusion. None of these labels is a restaurant quality score.
Coverage: 44 of 44 checklist points addressed. Evidence status: 16 observed, 22 partial and 6 unverified. These counts measure evidence status only, not performance.
Research date: 6 November 2026, Cyprus context. Search-index and cached pages may describe earlier conditions. Publication dates and historical observations are identified where material. Source labels such as refer to the clickable source register at the end.
Trading identity. WOKnROLL Healthy Asian Cuisine; this report concerns the Limassol restaurant and explicitly labelled brand-level activity.
Customer address. Ayias Fylaxeos 97, 3087 Limassol, Cyprus.
Customer contact. 7777 1707; info@woknroll.com.cy.
Corporate identity. The direct-ordering terms name MARINOS TSIORVAS LIMITED and company number HE161387. This is a company-published statement; current legal registration was not independently checked.
History. The LinkedIn profile reports 2006 as the founding year. Treat this as self-reported background, not a verified incorporation date.
Services and audiences. Restaurant dining, takeaway/delivery and catering are advertised; Chinese, Japanese, refined and fitness propositions appear on the restaurant site.
Related storefronts. Wolt presents WOKnROLL, Fitness Cuisine By WOKnROLL and WNR Genuine Food 4.0 separately. These must remain separate in ratings, menus, customer experience and financial reporting.
Development plans. The publicly discussed Japanese Listening Bar is a proposed development in the 8 September 2026 interview. This report does not classify it as open.
The public proposition spans everyday meals and more considered dining occasions. The management challenge is to keep these journeys distinct enough for customers to choose quickly, while preserving one consistent standard of product, portion, service and information. The report therefore prioritizes clarity and execution before claiming a competitive lead.
A practical segmentation is office lunch, healthy everyday eating, family takeaway, social dinner and corporate/private events. This is a proposed operating lens. Market size, segment profitability and customer demand have not been quantified and should be validated using sales and customer data.
Public pages, linked menus, selected review examples, award records and competitor pages were reviewed. No purchase, reservation, complaint, outreach or account registration was submitted. There was no on-site inspection, authenticated merchant-dashboard audit, complete review export or financial audit. No customer information was changed and this report does not update the public demo.
| Source and scope | Published schedule or issue |
|---|---|
| Wolt delivery | Monday–Friday 11:00–22:30; Saturday 11:00–14:55 and 17:00–22:30; Sunday 17:00–22:30. |
| Booked Cyprus restaurant listing | Monday–Saturday 11:45–15:00 and 17:15–22:30; Sunday 17:30–22:30. |
| Tripadvisor | A retrieved version displays closing at 22:45; the full authoritative current operating schedule was not reconciled. |
| Eat App | Booking time options are shown, but reservation slots are not equivalent to kitchen or delivery operating hours. |
These differences may reflect real channel policies. Confirm the intended schedule before correcting any listing. Publish separate dine-in, takeaway, direct-delivery and platform hours, including last-order times and holiday exceptions. Do not use a single timetable if the services genuinely differ.
In the current linked takeaway PDF, the photograph caption on page 6 associates code 045a with a half duck, while the priced row on page 9 identifies the same code as a quarter duck. The priced half-duck row uses code 045b. Both relevant pages were visually inspected.
This is a concrete menu inconsistency, not evidence that customers actually received the wrong portion. Correct the photo caption and reconcile the code, description, portion, price and image in the ordering portal, POS and platform menus.
The official contact page uses info@woknroll.com.cy, while the retrieved Tripadvisor listing exposes info@77771707.com. The second address may be intentional or an older working address; confirm ownership and delivery before replacing it.
The website links dinner/takeaway files in an October 2026 path and lunch files named September 2025. A 2023 takeaway PDF is also publicly retrievable. An older filename does not itself mean a menu is invalid. Confirm which files remain current, add visible effective dates and archive superseded prices clearly.
The figures below are evidence snapshots, not a definitive live leaderboard. Conflicting values are shown rather than silently choosing one. Google, Tripadvisor, Wolt and Bolt represent different platforms and customer contexts; their scores should not be combined into one average.
| Platform | Retrieved figure | Evidence type | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4.6/5; 1,248 reviews | Official search-index extract | Not verified live; direct listing retrieval reached a consent redirect. | |
| Google via Restaurant Guru | 4.6/5; 1,237 reviews | Secondary copy | Different count; must not overwrite the primary listing. |
| Google via Booked Cyprus | 4.6/5; 1,146 reviews | Secondary copy | Different count and retrieval age. |
| Tripadvisor | 3.9/5; 188 reviews | Primary platform snapshot | The accessible rank was 78/530; rankings and denominators change. |
| Wolt main brand | 9.0 in opened page; 9.2 in indexed result | Conflicting primary snapshots | Current score and count unresolved; do not select the higher value. |
| Bolt Food | 4.8; 500+ count label | Official indexed directory | Scale and exact storefront require live confirmation. |
| Foody | Not established | No usable exact listing | No rating or absence claim is made. |
Five identifiable reviews were selected for explicit food, service or recovery content. Their publication dates span March 2022 to October 2025. This is a purposive historical sample, not the latest five reviews and not a representative sample of all 188 Tripadvisor reviews. No 2026 sentiment trend, complaint prevalence or satisfaction percentage is inferred.
| Published | Theme in the account | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| 12 Oct 2025 | Hot-dish dissatisfaction with a positive sushi comment | Investigate dish-level execution; this is one customer account. |
| 2 Sep 2025 | Positive food, friendly service and calm atmosphere | A positive experience example, not a current service average. |
| 29 Jan 2025 | Positive food choice and prompt, friendly service | Use as a historical qualitative signal. |
| 21 Nov 2023 | Delivery and recovery complaint referencing WNR Genuine Food | Historical and cross-brand; do not assign it to current WOKnROLL-only performance. |
| 2 Mar 2022 | Apology and corrective action described after a delivery concern | Historical recovery example; marked as partner-collected by Tripadvisor. |
The practical lesson is to investigate product consistency and recovery with recent order-level evidence. Positive service examples are useful, but neither those nor individual negative accounts establish the current operating standard. None of the reviewed complaints is treated here as proof of a food-safety violation.
The following is a small verified price sample from the linked takeaway PDF, not a complete price list or delivered basket quote. Product descriptions are shortened. Prices were read from the relevant PDF pages; availability and final checkout charges were not tested.
| Code | Item description | Published price | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| 001b | Miso soup | EUR 6.25 | PDF page 5 |
| 016 | Egg rice with vegetables | EUR 5.95 | PDF page 7 |
| 023 | Chicken noodle dish | EUR 9.75 | PDF page 8 |
| 029 | Sweet-sour chicken | EUR 10.95 | PDF page 9 |
| 045a | Quarter duck with six pancakes | EUR 15.95 | PDF page 9 |
The linked restaurant lunch PDF advertises a EUR 14.50 bento format with selected upgrades charged separately. Its applicable service times and current validity should be confirmed before promoting it.
The takeaway lunch PDF gives a vegetarian quinoa bowl example at EUR 11.50 with 14 g protein and 495 kcal. These are published values, not independently recalculated or laboratory-verified results.
A defensible price comparison requires the same channel, portion basis, included side dishes, tax treatment, packaging, fees, discount eligibility and observation time. A sushi piece count is not a substitute for equivalent fish content or total weight. This report does not claim that WOKnROLL is cheaper or more expensive than the selected competitors because a controlled matched-basket study was not completed.
For the next comparison, select a small repeatable basket for a solo lunch, a family order and a dinner for two. Record regular item prices and the final payable amount separately. Keep dine-in, pickup and delivery comparisons separate, and retain a dated source for every item.
Published menu versions show product development, and the current offer combines several culinary and dietary propositions. The decision should be driven by dish contribution, repeat ordering and execution reliability, not the number of menu pages.
Keep one controlled recipe record containing ingredients, quantities, cooked yield, serving size, allergens, nutrient calculations and substitution rules. Require approval before a change reaches any public channel. A dietary label must be evaluated against actual ingredients and preparation practices; this report is not a medical or allergy-safety assessment.
The following distinctions are supported by the award organizer’s own winner lists. Use the exact year, category and award level in marketing. A generic claim of being the best Asian restaurant in Cyprus would go beyond these records.
| Year | Level | Award category | Entry context |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 | Silver | Asian cuisine restaurant category | Entry describes healthy Asian cuisine. |
| 2024 | Silver | Casual dining restaurant category | Entry associated with the eating-well positioning. |
| 2024 | Bronze | New tastes and concepts | Kids Fitness Cuisine entry. |
| 2025 | Bronze | Casual dining restaurant category | The Good Stuff campaign entry. |
The ESTIA 2025 document also identifies WOKnROLL as a supporter. This is separate from the bronze award and should not be presented as an additional win.
Chrysallida’s own activities page acknowledges EUR 1,100 raised through a toy bazaar at the restaurant. This is stronger evidence for that specific charitable activity than an unsupported promotional statement, but it is not a measure of total annual donations.
| Activity | Public evidence | Status on 6 November 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Robata Wednesdays | Wiz Guide describes a recurring food-and-vinyl programme. | Publicly promoted; next occurrence and booking availability require confirmation. |
| Tuna cutting event | Announcement for 24 September 2026, 17:30–19:30. | Past announced event; no attendance or financial result verified. |
| Winecase pop-up | Announcement for 30 September 2026 in Limassol. | Past announced collaboration; no measured outcome verified. |
| Japanese Listening Bar | Owner describes the project in a September 2026 interview. | Proposed development; not treated as an open venue. |
Use an event calendar with confirmed dates and direct booking links, and a separate archive for past activities. The important business measures are attendance, spend, contribution and later repeat visits. Publicity alone does not establish that an event was profitable.
Every point includes a source-based finding, its practical limits and a next action. Evidence status describes what can be established, not whether the business is good or bad. References to brand-level statements do not automatically verify branch-level execution.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Brand and Limassol
Finding. An official HTTPS site provides customer routes for menus, ordering and reservations. English, Greek and Russian navigation is present.
Assessment. The customer-facing foundation exists. Its existence does not establish mobile usability, conversion rate or uptime.
Next action. Keep the main purchase routes prominent and measure completed orders and bookings. Use the technical findings later in this report as the website repair list.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Limassol
Finding. The linked Eat App page offers guest/date/seating selection, time options and a WhatsApp route. Its terms direct parties of six or more to call, state a 1 hour 45 minute table period and a 20-minute late-arrival rule.
Assessment. A booking interface is confirmed; successful confirmation, capacity synchronization, reminders and cancellation handling were not transaction-tested.
Next action. Test a controlled reservation through to cancellation, including mobile, confirmation email and larger-party routing. Clarify the cancellation notice wording and retain a dated test record.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Brand with Limassol service context
Finding. The public portal contains ordering controls, sign-in and separate individual/company registration. A marketing opt-in field is shown.
Assessment. WOKnROLL has a direct digital sales route. Payment success, delivery radius, account recovery and repeat-order behaviour remain untested.
Next action. Complete controlled pickup and delivery tests, reconcile them to POS records, and measure the funnel from product view to accepted order. Do not advertise guaranteed savings until equivalent baskets are checked.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Exact Limassol storefront
Finding. Targeted public searches and the Foody directory did not yield a usable exact branch page for this audit.
Assessment. This is an evidence gap, not a finding that WOKnROLL is absent from Foody. A channel can operate without being adequately exposed to web search.
Next action. Record the exact public storefront URL and merchant identifier, then capture menu, rating, hours, coverage, fees and offers at a specified Limassol delivery address. Keep the three WOKnROLL-related brands separate.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Limassol directory entry
Finding. An indexed official Bolt directory lists WOKnROLL with a 4.8 score, 500+ rating count label and a 35–40 minute estimate. The page itself required JavaScript.
Assessment. Presence has a strong platform signal, but these are indexed values rather than a verified current customer session. The estimate is not actual delivery performance.
Next action. Verify the exact storefront in the customer app for the chosen postcode. Record the scale, timestamp, delivery fee and promotion eligibility; reconcile the merchant dashboard before publishing the score.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: WOKnROLL Limassol storefront
Finding. The primary Wolt restaurant page identifies the Ayias Fylaxeos location and publishes a menu and delivery schedule.
Assessment. The storefront is established. Deliverability, current stock, fees and Wolt+ eligibility depend on the customer context and were not checkout-tested.
Next action. Maintain a branch-specific storefront record. Run repeatable address-and-time checks and compare accepted-order and delivery data against actual operations, rather than relying on displayed estimates.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Brand
Finding. Direct ordering supports customer accounts, company registration and a marketing preference. A published earn/redeem loyalty rule or verified WOKnROLL Cyprus loyalty app was not established.
Assessment. Account collection is evidence of a CRM entry point; it is not proof of segmentation, repeat-purchase automation or a rewards programme.
Next action. Map customer identity across ordering, reservations and POS. Verify consent, opt-out handling and repeat-purchase cohorts. If rewards exist, publish clear rules; if not, test the business case before offering discounts.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Brand service offered from Limassol
Finding. The catering page advertises corporate, private and exclusive event packages, with event imagery.
Assessment. Catering is a documented revenue route. Public positioning does not disclose order minimums, service capacity, lead times or conversion results.
Next action. Publish an enquiry brief covering guest count, date, location, dietary needs and budget. Standardize package inclusions, staffing, transport and lead time; track enquiry-to-quote and quote-to-booking conversion.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Official brand handle
Finding. The official website links instagram.com/woknrollcyprus and embeds Instagram content. Direct profile retrieval was unavailable.
Assessment. The account destination is identifiable; follower count, 30-day posting frequency, reach and engagement cannot be reported reliably from the retrieved material.
Next action. Export 30 and 90 days of account insights. Separate paid from organic reach, calculate posting cadence on an explicit date window, and attach order or reservation links with campaign tracking.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Official brand page
Finding. The official website links facebook.com/WoknRollCyprus. The Facebook page could not be fully read in this audit.
Assessment. Presence is linked by the business, but current followers, recommendations, message response time and event completeness are unverified.
Next action. Reconcile contact details and hours, then export page and message insights. Check mobile call, booking and ordering buttons and maintain a dated public events list.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Official brand handle
Finding. The fitness page links tiktok.com/@woknrollcyprus. The destination was restricted to the research tool.
Assessment. An official link is evidence of the intended account, not proof of current posting activity or commercial impact.
Next action. Verify account ownership and obtain video-level views, engagement, dates and attributed visits. Test a small set of food preparation and dining-experience formats against actual bookings or orders.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Company profile
Finding. A WOKnROLL company profile links the official domain and reports Limassol as its headquarters and 2006 as its founding year. These are profile statements.
Assessment. There is a professional channel for corporate catering and employer communication. Displayed employee associations are not audited headcount.
Next action. Update the company description and B2B call to action; publish corporate catering examples with permission. Measure qualified enquiries and hiring referrals rather than relying on follower totals.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Brand links
Finding. The homepage links a YouTube video, while the ordering portal includes a WOKnROLL-branded X/Twitter destination. Some website social links point only to generic platform homepages.
Assessment. The public link structure is inconsistent. Active channel ownership, publication cadence and return on these channels are not established.
Next action. Keep a register of owned profiles and remove or correct generic destinations. Only maintain channels with a clear purpose, owner and measurement plan.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Limassol searches and brand indexing
Finding. Official WOKnROLL pages and a Google Maps address result appeared in research searches.
Assessment. Index presence is established. This audit does not supply a controlled Google local-pack ranking, impression share or non-brand search position.
Next action. Measure a fixed Limassol location grid in Greek and English for sushi, Asian delivery, healthy lunch and catering. Keep device, location, query and date constant; combine this with Search Console data.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Homepage, fitness page and ordering portal
Finding. Public HTML, robots.txt and the sitemap were inspected. Concrete source-level findings are recorded in the technical section. A PageSpeed API request returned HTTP 429, so no speed score was obtained.
Assessment. Useful source-level work is possible, but there is no defensible Core Web Vitals or mobile performance verdict yet.
Next action. Fix confirmed metadata, heading, zoom and structured-data issues. Then run mobile and desktop Lighthouse tests, inspect real-user data where available, and test keyboard and screen-reader journeys.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Cyprus advertiser and campaigns
Finding. The Ads Transparency research route did not expose usable WOKnROLL advertiser creatives, and no advertising account report was examined.
Assessment. No conclusion can be drawn about whether campaigns are active, how much they spend or whether they generate profitable orders.
Next action. Confirm advertiser identity and export campaign, search-term and conversion data. Separate branded from category demand and connect conversions to accepted orders rather than clicks alone.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Platform and geography not established
Finding. No attributable paid AI placement, campaign identifier, impression record or current Cyprus delivery evidence was established.
Assessment. A brand mention in an AI answer would not by itself prove paid advertising. Absence from a small search sample would not prove that no campaign exists.
Next action. If this channel is used, retain platform, country, campaign dates, paid-placement label and billing evidence. Otherwise leave it unverified and avoid assigning a negative capability score.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Controlled multilingual test required
Finding. No standardized cross-platform prompt study with saved answers, model versions, location and repetitions was completed.
Assessment. It would be misleading to invent a visibility percentage or treat this report’s own research answers as an independent consumer-discovery test.
Next action. Run a documented Greek/English prompt set across selected AI search services. Save answers and citations; distinguish mention rate, correct-branch identification and referral traffic from paid placement.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Historical customer accounts and one editorial visit
Finding. Accessible 2025 reviews include favourable food comments and an adverse hot-dish account that also praises the sushi. A 2024 editorial visit is positive.
Assessment. The evidence is mixed and historical. It cannot establish the current frequency of defects or certify ingredient quality. Customer allegations are not laboratory findings.
Next action. Review current complaints by dish and channel, audit recipe execution and conduct structured tasting and delivery tests. Use dated order-level evidence to distinguish isolated incidents from repeat failures.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Historical Limassol guest accounts
Finding. January and September 2025 Tripadvisor reviewers describe friendly, prompt service. The 2024 editorial visit also describes attentive staff.
Assessment. These are useful positive examples, not a representative current service score. Staffing quality across all shifts is unmeasured.
Next action. Measure greeting time, order-taking accuracy, service recovery and guest satisfaction by shift. Use recent mystery visits and feedback with a stated sample size and date window.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Delivery and dine-in must be separated
Finding. A historical November 2023 review reports a changed delivery estimate and identifies WNR Genuine Food. Other guest accounts praise speed.
Assessment. This cannot be used as a current WOKnROLL delivery KPI or as proof of a brand-wide recurring issue. Platform estimates are promises, not completion timestamps.
Next action. Track acceptance, ready, handoff and delivered times; report median and 90th percentile by channel. Measure missing/wrong items per completed order and link remedial actions to the specific cause.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Limassol premises
Finding. Official venue imagery and the 2024 editorial account document a designed dining setting, with outdoor greenery and music described by the reviewer.
Assessment. Atmosphere has public evidence. Step-free access, accessible toilets, doorway widths, parking availability and sensory conditions were not physically inspected.
Next action. Create a factual access guide after an on-site check. Include entrance and toilet access, seating options, parking guidance, noise periods and booking notes. Do not treat an aggregator’s accessibility label as certification.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Limassol operations
Finding. Public nutrition and ingredient statements do not establish inspection outcomes or the current operation of food-safety controls. No current inspection report or independently validated certificate was examined.
Assessment. No adverse safety conclusion is made. Hygiene, allergen control, temperature compliance and traceability require operational evidence, not a star rating.
Next action. Review current inspections, HACCP records, cleaning verification, equipment temperatures, corrective actions and supplier traceability with the responsible food-safety professional. Publish only precisely supported certification claims.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Published menus and brand programme
Finding. Current linked menus publish dietary/allergen information and a coeliac-related caution. The lunch material includes calorie/protein examples; the restaurant page names nutritionist Yiannis Kerimis.
Assessment. Nutrition communication is a visible strength. The accuracy of every recipe, portion and allergen declaration has not been independently validated; dietary icons do not guarantee freedom from cross-contact.
Next action. Maintain one approved recipe/allergen/nutrition master. Reconcile it to each channel and printed menu, review substitutions, and have the responsible professionals sign off the published values.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Published takeaway prices and historical opinions
Finding. The earlier menu and priority sections document the price sample and duck-label conflict. Historical guest accounts discuss both satisfying portions and price sensitivity.
Assessment. Menu prices alone cannot establish value versus competitors. Portion weight, protein content, included sides and customer expectations must be comparable.
Next action. Audit portions against recipe standards and build matched baskets by channel. Include all customer charges and promotions; use current customer feedback without converting a few comments into a universal value score.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Historical individual cases
Finding. A March 2022 review describes an apology and corrective delivery; a November 2023 cross-brand review describes an unsatisfactory outcome.
Assessment. Both are historical self-reports. They demonstrate differing experiences, not today’s resolution rate or the effectiveness of a specific response tool.
Next action. Measure time to first response, resolution, repeat complaint and compensation by incident. Close the loop with operations and verify customer outcomes rather than counting public replies alone.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Exact Limassol listing
Finding. An official Google search-index extract shows 4.6 and 1,248 reviews; secondary sites show different counts. Direct Google listing retrieval was blocked by a consent redirect.
Assessment. The indexed signal is positive but is not a verified live total. No current response-rate or review-velocity calculation is justified.
Next action. Use the exact place identifier and an authorized account or permitted data source. Capture the scale, count and timestamp together and retain the raw evidence behind every published figure.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Limassol City listing
Finding. The retrieved primary listing displays 3.9/5 from 188 reviews. Its displayed city rank is 78 of 530; an older result showed a different rank.
Assessment. This is a platform snapshot, not an absolute market position. The accessible detailed-review selection is historical and not a complete recent feed.
Next action. Verify listing details, especially email and hours. Establish a regular review export with dates, language and response information before drawing trends or comparing competitors.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Separate Wolt brands and Bolt storefront
Finding. Wolt’s retrieved brand page and indexed result disagree on WOKnROLL and Fitness scores. Bolt has an indexed score but no fully inspected current storefront.
Assessment. A single reliable current cross-platform table cannot be inferred from conflicting snapshots. Different platforms and scales should not be averaged together.
Next action. Reconcile each storefront at one observation time. Keep WOKnROLL, Fitness Cuisine and WNR Genuine Food separate, and label ratings with count, scale, source and collection method.
Evidence status: Unverified | Scope: Google and Tripadvisor separately
Finding. Some secondary Google-review copies contain business responses, but a complete eligible review-and-response sample was not available.
Assessment. Response existence is not a response rate. An unrendered reply is not proof that the business ignored a review.
Next action. For a fixed period, export reviews and business reply timestamps. Calculate replied reviews divided by eligible reviews, plus median response time and the percentage answered within seven days.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Limassol brand coverage
Finding. A named Cyprus Mail dining review appeared in April 2024. INK published an owner interview in September 2026; local coverage also promotes events.
Assessment. Public media visibility exists. Editorial visits, interviews and promotional coverage are different evidence types and should not be presented as equally independent endorsements.
Next action. Maintain a press archive with dates, publication type, permission to reuse and source links. Use relevant coverage in catering proposals and landing pages, then measure resulting enquiries.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Named organizer records
Finding. Official ESTIA lists support three 2024 distinctions and a 2025 bronze entry; the awards table gives the exact categories.
Assessment. Awards are usable credibility assets when the year, category and level are precise. They do not establish current market leadership or universal food quality.
Next action. Publish an awards page with organizer links and approved artwork. Exclude unverified Bolt or Tripadvisor award claims until a dated organizer record establishes the exact award.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Limassol event calendar
Finding. Robata Wednesdays is publicly promoted. Tuna-cutting and Winecase announcements relate to September 2026 dates that are already past on the report date.
Assessment. Event activity is evident, but a confirmed forward calendar is not. A recurring article does not guarantee the next session will operate.
Next action. Publish the next dated events with time, format, booking link, capacity and cancellation updates. Archive past events separately and measure booking source, attendance, spend and repeat visits.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Documented event support
Finding. The 2025 ESTIA winners PDF displays WOKnROLL in the supporter area. This confirms named support, not a financial sponsorship value.
Assessment. A public support relationship is evidenced. A current Asteras sponsorship announcement or contract was not independently established in this audit.
Next action. Maintain a sponsorship register with beneficiary, term, agreed benefits, actual delivery and measurement. Use a separate source for each relationship rather than inferring one from owner involvement.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Public programme and acknowledged charity activity
Finding. Chrysallida acknowledges a WOKnROLL toy bazaar raising EUR 1,100. The brand also publishes a lunch-linked giving statement and waste-related commitments.
Assessment. The beneficiary’s acknowledgement supports a specific charitable activity. Annual giving, energy savings, waste reduction and sustainable sourcing remain unquantified.
Next action. Publish dated outcomes backed by records: donations, food waste per cover and energy use per service volume. Keep aspirations separate from achieved results and avoid unsupported environmental claims.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Named public collaborations
Finding. Wiz Guide announced a Winecase collaboration for 30 September 2026. The restaurant website credits nutritionist Yiannis Kerimis for fitness-menu development.
Assessment. These establish announced or credited relationships. Current contract scope, campaign performance and the continued approval of every recipe are not confirmed.
Next action. Document each partner’s role, dates and approval of public claims. Evaluate collaborations through qualified leads, attendance or repeat orders. Bank-reward and gym-discount arrangements remain unverified.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Published menu versions
Finding. A 2023 takeaway file and the current linked 2026 menu demonstrate version changes; the newer file includes additions such as mushroom-filled spring rolls and expanded roll selections.
Assessment. Menu development is visible. Upload paths do not establish exact launch dates, popularity or commercial success.
Next action. Keep a change log for dishes, recipes and allergens. Measure sales mix, contribution, waste and repeat ordering for new items; retire weak variants and preserve the dishes customers return for.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Dine-in, takeaway and delivery
Finding. Wolt publishes channel-specific hours that differ from secondary restaurant listings. Eat App exposes booking slots rather than a full operating-hours policy.
Assessment. Differences may be intentional by channel. The public record does not establish one authoritative schedule or a delivery-radius map.
Next action. Approve separate dine-in, pickup, direct-delivery and platform schedules, including holiday exceptions. Update all customer listings from that source and test opening and closing boundaries.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Published menu offers
Finding. The linked restaurant lunch menu advertises a EUR 14.50 bento selection with separately marked upgrades. Wolt also returns a promotional banner whose eligibility is not established.
Assessment. A structured lunch offer exists in published material. It must not be treated as a universal all-day price or a confirmed current discount for every customer.
Next action. Confirm the offer’s serving window, inclusions and current validity. Store each campaign’s start/end dates, eligibility, channel, cost and incremental contribution; remove expired public promotions.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Brand
Finding. WOKnROLL publicly emphasizes healthy Asian dining and extends this through fitness, family, catering and dining-experience communications. The owner’s 2026 interview describes a broader lifestyle direction.
Assessment. The strategic opportunity is to make a coherent promise across different occasions. Breadth becomes a weakness if menus and messages imply incompatible experiences.
Next action. Create clear customer journeys for everyday lunch, family takeaway, dinner and catering. Test which message drives each occasion, and support health or provenance claims with specific evidence.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Company recruitment channel
Finding. The official recruitment form accepts applications and distinguishes full-time and part-time availability.
Assessment. Recruitment access is visible. An application form does not prove an active vacancy, completed training, retention performance or staffing sufficiency.
Next action. Publish dated vacancies with role-specific information. Internally track induction, food-safety competence, service assessment, retention and absence; do not infer current headcount from LinkedIn.
Evidence status: Observed | Scope: Current Limassol location and stated plans
Finding. Official contact details identify the Ayias Fylaxeos restaurant. The September 2026 owner interview describes a Japanese Listening Bar as a future project connected to the existing venue.
Assessment. One current address is evidenced in the reviewed official contact material. A plan is not an opened outlet; multiple platform brands are not automatically multiple branches.
Next action. Maintain separate records for physical premises, delivery brands and proposed projects. Announce opening dates only when confirmed, and assess capacity and customer overlap before expansion.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Brand sourcing statements
Finding. The about page names New Zealand salmon brands and describes local chicken, eggs and sea bass, alongside other provenance claims.
Assessment. These are useful sourcing statements, but they do not verify current suppliers, batch provenance, certificates or every ingredient used today.
Next action. Reconcile public copy with approved suppliers and recent purchasing records. Retain traceability and certificates, record substitutions, and publish only supplier names and certifications that remain valid.
Evidence status: Partial | Scope: Multi-brand operations and proposed technology advantages
Finding. Wolt lists WOKnROLL, Fitness Cuisine and WNR Genuine Food separately. The owner interview discusses reputation technology.
Assessment. These are identifiable commercial assets or reported initiatives. They do not establish profitability, service improvement, delivery-fleet ownership or technical reliability.
Next action. Measure each brand’s contribution and customer overlap. Validate technology through response quality, resolved complaints and repeat business; keep operational claims tied to a measurable outcome.
Method: read-only requests to the public homepage, fitness landing page, ordering portal, robots.txt and sitemap index on 6 November 2026. Inspection covered returned HTML and linked machine-readable files. It did not execute a full browser accessibility audit, submit forms or inspect private infrastructure. Source-level absences may differ from content injected after page load.
| Check | Observed result | Action or interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| HTTPS and crawl access | Homepage returned HTTP 200; robots and sitemap were reachable. | Positive foundation; this is not an uptime or security certification. |
| Main heading | No H1 element in the returned homepage or fitness-page HTML. | Add a meaningful page heading, then verify the rendered heading structure. |
| Page metadata | Homepage and fitness page use the same title and description. | Give the fitness page a distinct, useful search description. |
| Structured data | Inspected JSON-LD contains WebPage/WebSite/BreadcrumbList types, with no Restaurant type detected. | Add accurate branch-specific Restaurant data and validate it. |
| Mobile zoom | Both pages include user-scalable=no. | Remove this restriction and test zoom; browser behaviour varies. |
| Social destinations | Generic platform destinations coexist with actual brand profiles. | Replace template links and verify every visible social icon. |
| Language signals | No hreflang link elements detected in the inspected homepage source. | Check all translations and implement correct reciprocal language signals where appropriate. |
| Ordering metadata | The ordering page has a generic title; no canonical, meta-description or JSON-LD was detected in returned source. | Decide which public pages should be indexed; improve metadata accordingly. |
| Speed measurement | PageSpeed API returned HTTP 429; no valid score, LCP, INP or CLS result obtained. | Run a successful controlled test and retain field-data scope and dates. |
Technical source URLs: https://www.woknroll.com.cy/robots.txt and https://www.woknroll.com.cy/sitemap_index.xml, plus the pages in . The speed request failed because of a service rate limit; this does not indicate that WOKnROLL itself was slow or unavailable.
These four businesses provide a useful starting comparison set from the earlier Radar concept. They are not asserted to be the four largest competitors by revenue or market share. Each comparison is limited to observed public features; no competitor has been scored across all 44 points in this report.
Observed. Official hours are 12:00–23:00 daily; bookings are advertised for parties of six or more. Ordering and dietary-assistance information are linked.
Implication for WOKnROLL. Benchmark continuous service and small-party booking convenience. Establish WOKnROLL’s true channel schedule before asserting an hours advantage or disadvantage.
Observed. The official branch page places it at Georgiou A 68 and promotes seaside Japanese-fusion dining and takeaway.
Implication for WOKnROLL. Benchmark the dine-in occasion and presentation. Compare complete meal experiences; do not assign its brand-wide capacity counters to this branch.
Observed. The brand promotes custom-built wok boxes and links to online ordering and calorie information. The detailed nutrition page did not load.
Implication for WOKnROLL. Benchmark ordering simplicity and customization. A health-information link means WOKnROLL should substantiate the depth and clarity of its own nutrition offer rather than claim exclusivity.
Observed. The official menu offers sushi/Asian categories, delivery and takeaway controls, and an alcohol-free wine category.
Implication for WOKnROLL. Benchmark digital assortment and beverage choice. Select the exact Limassol branch and delivery address before comparing prices or operating performance.
Umami Sushi is excluded from substantive comparisons because the exact intended business and branch were not established. The definitive competitive set should also reflect customer catchments, meal occasions and substitution behaviour; it should not be chosen by name recognition alone.
Analytical strengths: multiple direct customer routes, documented awards, nutrition-related communication, catering and a public community record. Their commercial value depends on reliable execution and conversion.
Analytical pressures: alternatives compete through location, convenience, menu simplicity and experience. WOKnROLL’s public information inconsistencies can weaken an otherwise credible proposition. This is a risk assessment, not evidence of measured lost sales.
The most promising direction is a consistent, easy-to-buy everyday offer alongside a clearly differentiated dinner and event experience. Validate it through demand and contribution data rather than an unsupported overall competitor score.
Owners and timing below are proposed for management allocation. No tasks, campaigns or system changes have been executed by this report. Priorities should be adjusted against existing plans and team capacity.
| Order | Timing | Suggested owner | Work | Completion evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Within 7 days | Operations and marketing | Approve a channel-specific hours and contact master; reconcile Google, Tripadvisor, direct ordering, delivery platforms and reservations. | Dated screenshots and an owner-approved master; every difference has a documented reason. |
| 2 | Within 7 days | Chef and menu owner | Correct the 045a photo-caption/portion mismatch and reconcile menu codes across published channels. | One approved code-to-portion record; corrected file and channel checks completed. |
| 3 | Within 14 days | Web developer | Repair heading, duplicated metadata, zoom restriction and generic social links; validate restaurant structured data. | Source checks and mobile/keyboard tests pass; successful speed report saved. |
| 4 | Within 14 days | Reputation manager | Establish timestamped rating snapshots and a recent review/reply export. | Every displayed rating has branch, scale, count and time; response metrics have a denominator. |
| 5 | Within 30 days | Chef and QA lead | Reconcile recipe, allergen and nutrition masters; verify supplier and safety evidence. | Signed approval and change control for published claims; discrepancies closed. |
| 6 | Within 30 days | Marketing and catering lead | Build dedicated lunch, family, dinner and catering journeys with measurable actions. | Working enquiry/order/booking tracking and a baseline conversion report. |
| 7 | Days 31–60 | Finance and operations | Measure contribution by channel and brand; link offers to accepted orders and costs. | Reconciled channel report with Net + VAT = Gross; fees and refunds recognized once. |
| 8 | Days 31–60 | Marketing | Run a controlled retention or corporate-catering experiment using permitted customer contact. | Documented audience, baseline, cost, attributed results and repeat-purchase follow-up. |
| 9 | Days 61–90 | Owner and department leads | Review event economics, new-menu performance and the proposed listening-bar business case. | Go/change/stop decisions grounded in contribution, repeat custom and operating capacity. |
The following records would turn the public audit into a verified operating assessment. Use authorized access and aggregated exports where possible; passwords and unnecessary personal details are not needed. Each evidence set should carry a responsible owner, date range, branch/brand scope and refresh date.
| Evidence set | Required records | Owner | Checklist points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Channel identity and availability | Exact Foody/Bolt/Wolt storefront IDs; direct ordering and reservation configuration; approved service hours and catchments. | Operations | 4–6, 21, 29, 38 |
| Review performance | Authorized review exports including rating, review date, branch, reply date and platform totals; avoid unnecessary reviewer personal data. | Reputation | 19–22, 25–30 |
| Social and search | 30/90-day social insights; Search Console query/page data; fixed-location ranking snapshots. | Marketing | 9–15, 31, 40 |
| Paid acquisition | Google and social campaign exports, spend, accepted-order conversions, attribution rules and refunds. | Marketing and finance | 16–18, 39 |
| Retention and loyalty | Programme rules if any; aggregated customer cohorts, repeat orders, consent and opt-out records. | CRM owner | 7, 26, 44 |
| Kitchen and safety | Recipe/portion master, signed allergen matrix, nutrition method, current inspection/certification records, temperature and corrective-action logs. | Chef and QA | 19, 21, 23–25, 37, 43 |
| People and physical venue | Current vacancy list, completed training and competency records; access measurements and facilities check. | HR and operations | 20, 22, 41 |
| Finance and capacity | POS sales by brand/channel/day, VAT, refunds, commissions, discounts, food/packaging costs, labour and event/catering capacity. | Finance | 8, 25, 33, 36–44 |
| Partnership outcomes | Current partner agreements, award certificates, sponsorship delivery, donation confirmations and waste/energy records. | Owner and marketing | 32–36, 43 |
This report cannot establish current profitability, revenue share, customer acquisition cost, retention, return on advertising, full review response coverage, delivery reliability, present staff competence or food-safety compliance. It also cannot certify all suppliers, allergens or nutritional values. These are explicit limits, not omitted checklist subjects or assumed business weaknesses.
Use one set of definitions across the restaurant, direct ordering and platform channels. No financial or operational values are invented below. Set targets after a reliable baseline and review them by brand, channel, period and customer occasion.
| Measure | Definition | Data requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | Net + VAT = Gross. Show each component and reconcile refunds and discounts consistently. | POS and finance records; no figures available in this report. |
| Contribution per order | Net sales less relevant food, packaging, platform/payment charges, delivery cost and attributable promotion cost. | Finance-approved definitions; avoid counting a discount or refund twice. |
| Order accuracy | Orders without a recorded missing/wrong item divided by completed orders. | Order and complaint records joined by order ID; acknowledge unreported errors. |
| Delivery performance | Median and 90th-percentile accepted-to-delivered time, plus delivered-by-promised-time rate. | Separate preparation, handoff and courier time; platform estimates are not observations. |
| Retention | Customers repeating within a specified window divided by the eligible first-order cohort. | Use a consistent customer identifier and observation window. |
| Review response | Eligible reviews with a reply divided by eligible reviews; separately track time to reply. | State platform, period, sample count and exclusions. |
| Catering conversion | Confirmed bookings divided by qualified quotes, with enquiry-to-quote conversion alongside it. | Use comparable enquiries; distinguish revenue, margin and lead volume. |
| Event performance | Bookings, attendance, no-shows, net spend, event contribution and later repeat visits. | Compare against an appropriate non-event baseline; avoid attributing all trade to the event. |
| Website conversion | Completed accepted orders or confirmed bookings divided by eligible sessions. | Validate tracking across the website, order portal and reservation provider. |
Recommended reporting rhythm: review service and availability issues weekly; assess channel contribution, retention and campaign results monthly; revisit the competitive set and strategic positioning quarterly. This is a proposed management rhythm, not a scheduled automation.
